The Siemens 3RU2116-0FB0 is a SIRIUS thermal overload relay in size S00, rated for a main circuit voltage of 690 V and Trip Class 10.
Fastens directly to the contactor — no separate base needed. Accepts 2 × (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2 × (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire. Screw terminals require a Pozidriv PZ 2 tip with a 5–6 mm shaft diameter. Mounting position is unrestricted. Depth is 70 mm, width 45 mm, height 76 mm. The auxiliary switch is integrated, not a separate add-on.
The relay includes an integrated auxiliary switch that closes a 'Tripped' signal circuit when the overload relay has operated. This can be wired to a PLC input or indicator lamp.
