Trip Class 10 — protects motor windings during start
The 3RU2116-0HB0-ZX95: That's fast enough to protect standard squirrel-cage motor windings during a stalled start, but slow enough to ride through normal acceleration on a pump or conveyor. The thermal overload release uses a bimetallic strip that tracks the motor's I²t heating curve — no electronic timing drift, no firmware to update. Temperature compensation holds trip accuracy from -40 °C to +60 °C ambient.
Auxiliary contact signals the trip — 'for message Tripped'
The integrated auxiliary switch is wired to a normally-open contact that closes when the relay trips. The note 'for message Tripped' means this contact is intended to send a discrete signal to a PLC input or annunciator — not for direct motor control. Pick the voltage that matches your control circuit; the 24 V DC rating is typical for a PLC input module.
Mounts directly on S00 contactor — no DIN rail needed
Size S00 overload relay fastens directly to the matching S00 contactor (e.g. 3RT201). No DIN rail footprint — the relay hangs on the contactor, saving panel width.
