CLASS 10 Trip – Motor Protection Coordination
The 3RU2136-4BD0: Trip Class CLASS 10 means the relay will trip within 10 seconds at 7.2× the current setting — fast enough to protect standard induction motors during a stall or locked-rotor event without nuisance tripping on normal starting inrush. This is the typical choice for pump, fan, and conveyor drives where the acceleration time is under 10 seconds. Mounting and Wiring – Contactor Integration
