The 3RU6126-1HB0 is a SIRIUS thermal overload relay with an adjustable current response range of 5.5 to 8 A and Trip Class 10. The 8 A rated operational current at 690 V covers most small-to-medium motor loads in 400 VAC three-phase systems. The Size S0 footprint is designed for direct mounting onto S0 contactors, saving panel space and wiring labor.
Mounts directly onto S0 contactors via the contactor mounting method — no DIN rail required, though it can be snapped onto one if needed. The any mounting position flexibility means you can orient it vertically or horizontally inside the panel without derating. Screw-type terminals on both main and auxiliary circuits accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²). Tightening torque for main contacts is 2 to 2.5 N·m. The 45 mm width and 85 mm depth fit standard S0 contactor spacing; allow 6 mm clearance to grounded parts at the side.
Operating temperature range -40 to +70 °C; transport range -55 to +80 °C. Relative humidity 0 to 90% during operation. Installation altitude up to 2000 m. Shock resistance 8g / 11 ms per IEC 60068-2-27. RoHS compliance date of 05/01/2012 covers EU substance restrictions. Insulation voltage 690 V at pollution degree 3, surge voltage resistance 6 kV.
