The Siemens 3RU7116-0AB0 is a SIRIUS thermal overload relay in Size S00, rated for a main circuit current of 0.16 A at up to 690 V, 50/60 Hz. The relay mounts directly onto a S00 contactor, saving panel space and wiring.
This relay is designed for contactor mounting onto a S00 frame contactor, not for standalone DIN-rail installation. The mounting position allows ±135° rotation and ±45° tilt forward/back from vertical, giving flexibility in tight enclosures. Dimensions are 78 mm deep, 45 mm wide, and 87 mm tall — the width is the critical panel-space number when ganging multiple relays on adjacent contactors.
