The adjustable overload release covers 0.11 to 0.16 A, and the trip class is CLASS 10, meaning it will trip within 10 seconds at 7.2× the set current — fast enough to protect a standard induction motor winding from sustained overload without nuisance tripping on start-up transients. The magnetic short-circuit trip responds at a fixed multiple of the overload setting, clearing hard faults before the contactor welds.
The S00 footprint — 45 mm wide, 90 mm high, 75 mm deep — fits standard motor control centre buckets and small panel layouts. Clearance requirements: 20 mm upwards, 20 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side, zero forwards and backwards. That zero forward/backward clearance means no extra breathing space is needed behind or in front of the breaker face, which simplifies panel layout when the breaker sits against a gland plate or back panel.
