Motor protection circuit breaker, 0.25 A, Class 10
The Siemens 3RV1011-0CA25 is a SIRIUS motor protection circuit breaker designed for motor protection, rated at 0.25 A continuous current with Trip Class 10. It provides phase failure detection and offers a breaking capacity of 100 kA at 400 V AC, making it suitable for high-fault-current industrial panels. The unit mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 50022 via screw or snap-on fastening, with IP20 protection on the front.

Mounts on 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 50022 using screw or snap-on fastening. The housing is 45 mm wide, 90 mm high, and 81 mm deep. Main and auxiliary/control circuits use spring-loaded terminals accepting 2x (0.25... 2.5 mm²) solid or 2x (24... 14 AWG) stranded. No clearance needed at the back or sides (0 mm).
Electrical ratings and protection
Rated for 690 V maximum operating voltage (AC-3). Breaking capacity is 100 kA at 240 V, 400 V, 500 V, and 690 V AC. Continuous current is 0.25 A; auxiliary switch contacts are rated 1 A at 24 V, 0.5 A at 230 V, and 0.15 A at 60 V. Trip Class 10 ensures fast overload protection for standard motor starts. Power loss in hot operating state is 5.5 W.

Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C; storage and transport range is -50 to +80 °C. Shock resistance is 25 g for 11 ms. Mounting position is any.
