Motor protection circuit breaker, size S00, CLASS 10, 2.5 A
The Siemens SIRIUS 3RV1011-1CA15-ZI45 is a motor protection circuit breaker in size S00, designed for three-phase motor circuits up to 2.5 A rated operational current. Its CLASS 10 trip class means it will trip within 10 seconds at 7.2× the set current — fast enough to protect standard induction motors against locked-rotor conditions without nuisance tripping during normal starting. The adjustable overload release covers 1.8 to 2.5 A, and the unit is rated for 750 W at 400 V.
Mounting and integration
Mounts via screw and snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715 — standard for any European-style control panel. The S00 footprint is compact: 45 mm wide, 75 mm deep, 90 mm tall. Mounting position is any, so it fits in tight enclosures or vertical bus risers. Screw-type terminals for the main circuit accept 2× (0.5–1.5 mm²) or 2× (0.75–2.5 mm²) solid/stranded.
