Motor protection circuit breaker, Trip Class 10, 100 kA SCCR
The interrupting capacity is 100 kA at both 240 V and 400 V, so it can be applied on high-fault-capacity industrial networks without requiring upstream current-limiting fuses for most installations. At 690 V the SCCR drops to 2 kA, which still covers the majority of 690 V motor branch circuits. Any mounting position is permitted.
Sizing and coordination
The 3RV1011-1GA10-ZW98 is rated for motor protection. The screw-type terminals accept 2× (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2× (0.75 to 2.5 mm²). No ground fault detection is included, so a separate ground-fault relay is needed if that function is required. The required upstream fuse ratings are specified per voltage: at 400 V use gL/gG 50 A, at 500 V and 690 V use gL/gG 40 A. At 240 V no additional fusing is required, relying on the breaker's own 100 kA SCCR.
The 75 mm depth and 90 mm height fit standard enclosure depths.
