Breaking capacity is 100 kA at 240 V, 400 V, 500 V, and 690 V AC — this is the maximum fault current it can safely interrupt without welding contacts or rupturing. At 690 V rated insulation voltage, it covers most industrial supply voltages up to 690 V line-to-line.
