What this breaker does on the line
The 690 V rated insulation voltage matches the upper end of common industrial supply systems. Power dissipation runs 7.25 W total in hot operating state, or 2.4 W per pole — a consideration for dense DIN-rail enclosures where heat buildup can derate adjacent devices.
Screw-type terminals on the main circuit accept solid or stranded conductors: two conductors per clamp, 1 to 2.5 mm² or 2.5 to 6 mm², AWG 14–10. The auxiliary switch option is present on this variant, so you can wire a status contact back to the PLC without an add-on block. The 45 mm width (three module spaces) is typical for this current class. Shock rated at 25 g for 11 ms, so it survives shipping and panel vibration in industrial environments.
