The 3-pole unit delivers a breaking capacity of 100 kA at 400 V AC, dropping to 8 kA at 690 V AC, which covers most industrial motor branch circuits up to that voltage.
The breaker fastens via screw and snap-on mounting onto a 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 50022, occupying 45 mm width, 97 mm height, and 96 mm depth. Screw-type terminals on both main and auxiliary/control circuits accept solid or stranded conductors: 2x (1... 2.5 mm²) and 2x (2.5... 6 mm²), or AWG 14...10 for the main contacts. Zero clearance is required at the back and sides for heat dissipation.
