Motor-circuit protection, sized for 3 kW at 400 V
Rated 6.5 A continuous with a motor rating of 3 kW at 400 V AC-3, it matches a standard 3 kW induction motor on a 400 V three-phase line. The magnetic overcurrent release handles short-circuit protection; no ground-fault or phase-failure detection is built in, so upstream protection or a separate monitoring relay covers those functions. Breaking capacity runs from 100 kA at 240 V down to 10 kA at 690 V, with 85 kA at 400 V — enough for most industrial panel fault levels without cascading upstream. The 8 000 V surge voltage resistance (impulse withstand) supports installation in environments with switching transients.
Mounting and wiring — panel integration
Mounts via screw fixing in any orientation; dimensions are 90 mm wide, 130 mm high, 70 mm deep. Main and auxiliary/control circuits use screw-type terminals arranged on the front side, simplifying wiring in a crowded panel. IP20 on the front with finger-safe touch protection — standard for enclosed industrial control panels.
