At 690 V, the 80 kA rating still covers most heavy industrial applications. The AC-3 operational current at 400 V is 100 A, matching the continuous rating — so the motor load and the breaker rating align without derating for typical induction motor starting duty.
Environmental and Installation Constraints

Maximum installation altitude is 2,000 m above sea level — above that, dielectric strength and current-carrying capacity derate per IEC 60947.
