It carries a 0.25 A continuous current rating and a CLASS 10 trip class, so it coordinates with downstream contactors and overloads on motor-starting or transformer-energizing duty.
The part delivers 100 kA breaking capacity at 240 V, 400 V, 500 V, and 690 V AC — a flat 100 kA across the voltage range. The 6 000 V surge voltage resistance (rated impulse withstand) supports coordination with Type 2 surge arrestors.
Wiring and terminal details
Screw-type terminals on both the main current circuit and the auxiliary/control circuit. The main terminals accept 2x (1... 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, and 2x (2.5... 6 mm²) solid or stranded — so you can land a single 6 mm² feed or double up 2.5 mm² for a loop-through. Finely stranded with core-end processing (ferrules) is also accepted in the same ranges. The auxiliary switch option (product extension auxiliary switch: Yes) means you can add a signal contact for remote status indication without a separate terminal block. Finger-safe touch protection on the front (IP20) keeps panel builders safe during commissioning.
Shock resistance is 25 g for 11 ms — rated for transport and machine-mounted vibration. The backwards and at-the-side clearance is 0 mm — no air gap required behind or beside the device, which is useful when packing breakers tight on a DIN rail.
