Transformer-protection circuit breaker, 0.32 A, 100 kA
Rated short-circuit breaking capacity is 100 kA at 240 V, 400 V, 500 V, and 690 V AC — a flat high-interrupting rating that holds across common industrial voltages. This lets the breaker clear a bolted fault at the transformer terminals without relying on an upstream fuse or MCCB, simplifying coordination studies. The surge voltage resistance is rated at 6000 V, matching the impulse withstand typical of IEC 60947-2 for industrial panels.
Any mounting position is allowed. Main circuit connections use screw-type terminals accepting 2x (1 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2x (2.5 to 6 mm²) — covers common panel wire sizes. AWG equivalents are 2x (14 to 10). The breaker includes an auxiliary switch (yes), but no auxiliary contacts are pre-fitted (0), so an external auxiliary contact block must be ordered separately if status feedback is needed.
Environmental and mechanical limits
Shock resistance is 25g for 11 ms, suitable for machine-mounted applications. Maximum altitude is 2000 m without derating. Mechanical endurance is 100 000 cycles typical for the main contacts.
