It mounts via screw fixing in any orientation, drawing 24 V DC control power (20.4...26.4 V range) to remotely open or close the breaker — useful when the panel door must stay closed or the breaker is in a hard-to-reach bay. The mechanism includes an interlock and can be locked in the OFF position, so it supports lockout/tagout procedures without needing a separate padlock hasp on the breaker itself.
Panel fit and operating limits
Footprint is 236 mm deep by 148 mm wide by 224 mm tall — confirm gland plate clearance before committing the panel layout, since the depth is deeper than a typical contactor. Screw-fixing to the mounting plate means no DIN-rail adapter; plan for four screw holes in the back panel. Rated for a maximum of 25 operations per hour with a 0.1 s pulse duration for switching on and a 2 s typical/maximum pulse duration. That limits it to occasional remote switching, not high-cycle jogging or rapid load shedding. Shock rated at 25g / 11 ms, so it holds up in mobile or vibrating installations. The 0 mm clearance requirements in all directions (upwards, forwards, backwards, downwards, at the side) mean the mechanism can be mounted flush against adjacent components — no mandatory air gap for cooling.
