Motor protection circuit breaker, Size S00, Class 10 — what that means for your panel
Breaking capacity is 100 kA at 400 V AC and 500 V AC, and 100 kA at 690 V AC — that's a high-interrupting rating for a Size S00 device, meaning it can clear faults on high-capacity industrial networks without needing upstream fuses or a larger frame. Ground fault detection is not included, so if you need that, you'll add a separate ground-fault module or relay.
How this breaker differs from the base 3RV2011-0AA10
The -ZW97 suffix indicates a special version — a customer-specific variant or a factory-customized configuration. Mechanically and electrically it shares the same Size S00 frame, Trip Class 10, and 100 kA breaking capacity as the standard 3RV2011-0AA10. The screw-type terminals accept 2× 0.75–2.5 mm² solid/stranded or 2× 4 mm², same as the base part. If your panel was wired for the 3RV2011-0AA10, the -ZW97 drops in without rewiring — same footprint, same mounting, same terminal layout.
Clearance around the breaker: 50 mm above, 50 mm below, 30 mm to the side — no extra space needed front or back.
