Motor protection circuit breaker, size S00, Trip Class 10
The Siemens 3RV2011-0DA10-ZX95 is a SIRIUS motor protection circuit breaker in the size S00 frame, Trip Class 10. Breaking capacity is 100 kA at 400 V AC, which covers most industrial distribution panels with high fault-current potential. The unit includes phase failure detection, so a lost phase on the line side will trip the breaker and prevent single-phasing damage to the motor. Mounting is via screw fixing or snap-on onto a 35 mm DIN rail per EN 60715, and the mounting position is any orientation — useful for tight enclosures where vertical or horizontal rail placement is required.
Panel integration and wiring
The breaker occupies a 45 mm width on the DIN rail, with a depth of 97 mm. Clearance requirements: 50 mm above and below, 30 mm at the sides, and no space forward or backward. Main circuit terminals accept screw-type connections: 2× (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2× 4 mm². The screwdriver shaft diameter is 5 to 6 mm, Pozidriv size 2 tip — a common panel-building tool. Terminal screws are M3. Ambient operating range is -20 to +60 °C with temperature compensation active across that span, so derating is not required within those limits. Storage and transport range extends to -50 to +80 °C.
