The S00 frame keeps the panel footprint tight — 45 mm wide — and the screw-type terminals accept 2×(0.75…2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2×4 mm², with an M3 screw for the main contacts.
The breaker includes phase failure detection, which is critical for three-phase motor protection — if one phase drops out, the motor draws higher current on the remaining phases, and this device will trip before winding damage occurs. Ground fault detection is not built in, so a separate ground-fault relay or RCD is needed if that protection is required. Temperature compensation is active across the -20 to +60 °C operating range, so the thermal trip curve stays accurate regardless of ambient temperature swings inside the enclosure. The storage and transport range extends from -50 to +80 °C. The maximum switching rate at AC-3 duty is 15 operations per hour, which suits motor starting applications but is not intended for high-cycle jogging or inching duty. The gL/gG fuse backup at 690 V is rated 6 A, providing additional short-circuit protection coordination where needed.
Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards and downwards, 30 mm at the sides, and 0 mm forwards and backwards. This means the breaker can be mounted flush against a backplate or enclosure wall at the rear, but needs breathing space above and below for arc-quenching and thermal dissipation. The screwdriver shaft diameter required is 5 to 6 mm for the terminal screws.
