Motor protection circuit breaker for Class 10 duty
The Siemens SIRIUS 3RV2011-1DA25-ZW97 is a motor protection circuit breaker with Class 10 trip characteristics. Rated interrupting capacity hits 100 kA at 400 V and 500 V, and 10 kA at 690 V, so it can handle high-fault panels without cascading upstream. Phase failure detection is built in — if one line drops, the breaker trips to prevent single-phasing a motor.
Mounting and connection
Mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, in any position — no orientation restrictions for panel layout. Spring-loaded terminals on the main circuit accept 2× (0.5 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded conductors, so wiring is tool-less and stays tight under vibration. Dimensions are 45 mm wide, 106 mm high, 97 mm deep — fits standard 45 mm modular device slots.
