The Siemens SIRIUS 3RV2011-1GA10-ZX95 is a motor protection circuit breaker designed to protect motor loads against short-circuit and overload. It mounts via screw and snap-on onto 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 60715, fitting into any panel orientation. Rated for 100 kA at 240 V, 400 V, and 500 V, this breaker safely interrupts high fault currents without cascading upstream — critical for panel SCCR coordination. At 690 V it holds 4 kA. Trip Class 10 means it disconnects within 10 seconds under locked-rotor conditions, matching standard induction motor thermal curves. Phase failure detection is built in; ground fault detection is not.
Mounting & Clearance
Dimensions: 97 mm depth, 45 mm width, 97 mm height. Requires 50 mm clearance upwards and downwards, 30 mm at the sides, and zero forwards or backwards — tight on the rail but needs breathing room for heat dissipation and wiring access. Screw-type terminals for the main circuit accept 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2x 4 mm². Main contact screw size is M3.
