The adjustable overload release covers 5.5 to 8 A (set by the dial), and the fixed magnetic short-circuit release responds at 104 A, so it clears a bolted fault before the contactor or cable sees damage. Breaking capacity is 100 kA at 240 V AC and 400 V AC, dropping to 42 kA at 500 V AC and 6 kA at 690 V AC. The spring-type terminals accept 0.5…2.5 mm² solid or stranded, and the unit snaps onto 35 mm DIN rail per EN 60715.
Panel integration — S00 footprint and auxiliary contacts
The S00 frame measures 45 mm wide × 90 mm high × 75 mm deep, with snap-on mounting to 35 mm DIN rail. The spring-type terminals reduce wiring time compared to screw terminals — strip length 8 mm, no re-torquing needed.
