Motor Protection Circuit Breaker, CLASS 10 Trip
The breaker is rated for a voltage range of 20 to 690 V and handles a breaking capacity of 100 kA at 240 V, 30 kA at 400 V, 5 kA at 500 V, and 2 kA at 690 V.
Required clearances: 50 mm upward, 50 mm downward, 30 mm at the side, and zero forward or backward.
Selectivity & Coordination
For short-circuit coordination with upstream fuses, the breaker limits let-through energy to specified values: at 240 V use gL/gG 80 A fuses, at 400 V use 63 A, at 500 V use 50 A, and at 690 V use 40 A. This allows panel builders to size the protective device chain without oversizing.
