Motor protection circuit breaker, Trip Class 10, DIN rail mount
The Siemens SIRIUS 3RV2021-4EA15-ZX95 is a motor protection circuit breaker designed for motor protection, with Trip Class 10 thermal overload curve and phase failure detection. It mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, in any position. Width is 45 mm, depth 97 mm — a compact footprint that fits standard panel layouts. Breaking capacity is 100 kA at 240 V rated value and 25 kA at 400 V rated value, so it handles high fault-current scenarios common in industrial distribution. The 45 mm width means it occupies one standard modular slot on the DIN rail, leaving room for contactors or auxiliaries alongside.
Integration and mounting
Screw and snap-on mounting onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715. Mounting position any. Fastening for main contacts uses M4 screws. Conductor cross-section: 2x (0.5... 1.5 mm²) solid or stranded, or 2x (0.75... 2.5 mm²). Minimum clearance distances: 50 mm upwards and downwards, 30 mm at the side, 0 mm forwards and backwards — so it can be packed tight against the back panel and adjacent devices on the rail.
