Sourcing and lifecycle
For a BOM freeze or a line-down replacement, the 3RV2031-4WB15-ZX95 is a direct fit in panels originally built around the 3RV1011 series — same 55 mm width, same DIN-rail mounting, same M6 main contact terminals. The key difference is the higher breaking capacity: the 3RV1011-1HA10 tops out at lower fault currents, so if your SCCR study requires 160 kA at 400 V, this is the upgrade.
Panel integration notes
Depth of 149 mm means it protrudes less than a standard contactor block — fits in shallow enclosures where a 200 mm deep breaker would hit the gland plate. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 50 mm downwards, 10 mm to the side for arc-chamber venting. Terminals accept 2x (0.5...1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75...2.5 mm²) solid or stranded — covers control wiring up to 14 AWG. Main contacts use M6 bolts, standard for motor-circuit breakers in this frame size. Operating temperature range -20 to +60 °C; storage and transport -50 to +80 °C. No ground-fault detection built in — that is a separate module if your installation requires it.
