The Siemens 3RV2111-0HA10 is a SIRIUS motor-protective circuit breaker with integrated overload relay function — designed to protect motor feeders against short-circuit and overload in a single device. It carries a 100 kA breaking capacity at 400 V AC, also rated 100 kA at 500 V and 690 V.
Ground fault detection is not included; if that's required, you'd need an upstream RCD or a separate ground-fault module. The rated switching frequency at AC-3 duty is 15 operations per hour — fine for a pump or fan cycling a few times an hour, not for a rapid-reversing application.
Mounting position is any. The device footprint is 65 mm wide × 97 mm high × 97 mm deep — a standard two-module width on the DIN rail. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards and downwards, 30 mm at the sides; forwards and backwards clearance is 0 mm, so it can sit flush against the back panel. Main contact terminals are M3 screw-type, accepting 2× (0.5…1.5 mm²) or 2× (0.75…2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire.
