Motor protection circuit breaker with integrated overload relay
That's the class most panel builders reach for unless the motor has a long acceleration time (then you'd step to Class 20). No ground fault detection on this unit — that's a separate accessory if your installation requires it.
At 690 V it's still 4 kA. The 4 A rating at 480 V and 600 V tells you the continuous current the thermal element is sized for; the breaker itself can interrupt far more than that.
Any mounting position. The 65 mm width means it takes three standard 22.5 mm module slots on the rail — that's another SKU I don't need to guess about when laying out a panel. Depth is 97 mm, height 97 mm. Clearances: 50 mm above and below, 30 mm to the side, zero front and back. That's tight enough for most enclosures but watch the top clearance if you're stacking busbars.
