Breaking Capacity and Motor Ratings
Breaking capacity holds at 100 kA across the common industrial voltages: 240 V, 400 V, and 500 V AC. Motor horsepower ratings span 0.17 hp at 110/120 V up to 3 hp at 460/480 V and 575/600 V, covering fractional to medium motor loads common in conveyor, pump, and fan applications.
The 45 mm width occupies two standard 22.5 mm module spaces. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards and downwards, 30 mm at the side, zero forwards or backwards — so it can be placed flush against a backplate or enclosure wall. Main contact terminals accept M4 screws and 2x (1 to 2.5 mm²) or 2x (2.5 to 10 mm²) solid or stranded wire.
Environmental and Operating Conditions
Rated insulation voltage spans 20 to 690 V, covering low-voltage control circuits through 690 V motor feeds. The part does not include ground fault or phase failure detection — those functions must be provided externally if required by the application.
