The Siemens 3RV2926-0L is a SIRIUS door-coupling rotary operating mechanism designed for EMERGENCY OFF switching. It fits circuit breaker sizes S00, S0, S2, and S3 — the full range of SIRIUS 3RV2 motor-protective and 3RV1/3RV2 circuit breakers in those frame sizes. The 330 mm shaft with support couples the door-mounted handle to the breaker's rotary operator inside the enclosure.
Lifecycle and Replacement
This part is in product phase-out. The official successor is 3RV2926-1L. The drilling pattern changes between the two versions, so a panel already drilled for the -0L cannot accept the -1L without reworking the mounting holes. For new designs or replacements where the enclosure door is not yet punched, specify the -1L directly.
Mounting is by screw fixing in any orientation. The mechanism body measures 66 mm wide by 66 mm high by 50 mm deep — it sits behind the enclosure door, not on a DIN rail. The 330 mm shaft length accommodates typical enclosure depths from about 200 mm to 300 mm internal clearance; the support bracket stabilizes the shaft run. Clearance around the mechanism: 0 mm upwards, forwards, backwards, downwards, and to the side — it can be packed tight against adjacent components or the enclosure wall.
Environmental and Duty Limits
Rated for -20 to +70 °C during operation and -50 to +80 °C during storage. Maximum operating frequency is 15 operations per hour — this is a manual emergency-stop handle, not a high-cycle automation actuator. The IP64 rating means the mechanism is dust-tight and protected against splashing water, suitable for panel doors in washdown or dusty environments.
