What this SIRIUS breaker does
The Siemens SIRIUS 3RV6411-0DA10 is a 3-pole circuit breaker designed specifically for transformer protection, combining a thermal overload release (CLASS 10 trip class) with a magnetic short-circuit trip. Rated operational current is 0.32 A at AC-3 duty (400 V), with a maximum rated voltage of 690 V. This means it protects the transformer primary against sustained overloads and short circuits, tripping fast enough (CLASS 10) to prevent winding damage while ignoring harmless inrush.
Mounting and panel fit
Mounts via screw fixing or snaps onto a 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 60715, in any orientation. The S00 frame size keeps the footprint compact: 45 mm wide, 97 mm tall, 96 mm deep. Clearance around the breaker: 50 mm above and below, 30 mm to the sides; no space needed forward or backward. That 45 mm width is the same as a standard single-pole MCB footprint, so it slots into a crowded DIN rail without re-spacing.
