The Siemens 3RV6926-0K is a SIRIUS door-coupling rotary operating mechanism — the hardware that lets you open and close a panel-mounted circuit breaker from outside the enclosure without opening the door. It's built for SIRIUS circuit-breakers in frame sizes S0, S2, and S3, with a 330 mm shaft that reaches through a standard enclosure depth.
Mounting is screw fixing in any orientation — no DIN-rail latch, so panel prep needs a drilled pattern. The 50 mm depth and 66 mm square footprint sit inside the door panel; the 330 mm shaft length handles enclosures up to that internal dimension. Rated for up to 151 operations per hour, which covers frequent manual switching. Temperature range during operation is -20 to +70 °C, plenty for most industrial control cabinets.
