S0 frame, 45 mm — panel fit constraints
The S0 frame size measures 45 mm wide by 125 mm high by 150 mm deep. That 45 mm width is the standard S0 DIN-rail slot — it snaps onto the rail and can also be screw-mounted. Clearance: 60 mm above and 40 mm below for ventilation; 15 mm at the sides.
Integrated bypass and control supply flexibility
The built-in bypass contactor shorts the thyristors after start, dropping the heat dissipation to near zero during run — a meaningful advantage in a sealed panel. Control supply accepts 110-230 V DC, wide enough to work across common DC bus voltages without a separate power supply.
