That 100 A figure is the headline — but the real-world number for a warm panel is 85 A at 50 °C and 72 A at 60 °C, so factor in your enclosure's internal ambient before committing the BOM line. It uses thyristor-based voltage ramp starting, with a minimum load of 9% of the rated current — meaning it can handle lightly loaded motors without dropping out, but won't start a near-unloaded conveyor reliably below that floor.
Panel fit and wiring — screw terminals, snap-on DIN, clearance zones
Main circuit connections are screw-type terminals accepting 2x (10... 70 mm²) stranded or 2x (10... 50 mm²) finely stranded copper, plus a solid range of 2x (0.5... 2.5 mm²) for the control wiring.
