Size S2 frame and panel integration

The 3RW4037-2BB05: The Size S2 frame measures 55 mm wide by 160 mm high by 170 mm deep. Screw and snap-on mounting to DIN rail — the 55 mm width fits standard 35 mm DIN rail without overhang. Clearance requirements: 60 mm above, 40 mm below, 30 mm at the side. The mounting position is flexible: with the optional fan, the unit can be rotated ±90° or tilted ±22.5°; without the fan, rotation is limited to ±10°.

Terminal sizing and wire range

Maximum wire length to the motor is 300 m — this limits voltage drop and capacitive charging current on long cable runs. The auxiliary contact block accepts 2x (24... 14) AWG.
