134 A at 40 °C — the rating that sizes the motor branch
The 3RW4055-2BB45: That 40 °C figure is the one you size the motor branch against — if your panel ambient runs hotter, the 50 °C or 60 °C column is the actual ceiling. Adjustable current limitation and integral motor overload protection are built in, so you don't need a separate overload relay in most three-phase motor circuits. Insulation voltage is rated 600 V, pollution degree 3 per IEC 60947-4-2, meaning it handles the conductive dust and humidity you find in industrial enclosures without creepage failures.
Panel fit and wiring — screw fixing, busbar main circuit
Mounts via screw fixing — no DIN-rail clip. Dimensions are 120 mm wide, 198 mm high, 250 mm deep. That depth (250 mm) is the dimension that determines your enclosure depth; the side clearance is only 5 mm, but you need 100 mm above and 75 mm below for cable bending radius. Main current circuit connects via busbar; auxiliary contacts take 2x (24...16) AWG stranded. Power wiring accepts 2x (25...120 mm²) stranded or 4...250 kcmil for the main contacts. The back and front clamping points each take 6...2/0 AWG. Maximum motor cable length is 300 m — stay under that to avoid reflected-wave spikes on the thyristor output.
