The 3RW4445-6BC35: Insulation voltage is rated 690 V, operating frequency 50/60 Hz at 115 V control supply — the control voltage is the same at both line frequencies. Inside-delta wiring is supported, which reduces the current seen by the soft starter to 58% of the motor FLA — a common trick for large motors where the starter frame size would otherwise jump.
Mounting and wiring — panel fit
Screw fixing to a vertical surface, rotatable ±90° and tiltable ±22.5° front/back — gives flexibility in tight enclosures but the 230 x 210 x 298 mm footprint needs the backplate planned around it. Main circuit termination is busbar connection; the stranded range is 70–240 mm², finely stranded 50–240 mm², and for kcmil it accepts 2/0–500 kcmil using both clamping points or 250–500 kcmil from the back point.
