Integrated bypass and inside-delta wiring
Integrated bypass contact system means the thyristors are shorted out once the motor is up to speed — eliminates heat-sink losses during continuous run and improves overall efficiency. Inside-delta circuit wiring reduces the current through the soft starter to 58 % of the line current, effectively allowing a smaller unit for a given motor FLA — confirm the motor winding configuration before specifying.
