The 3RW4755-0NC00 is a power semiconductor module, not a standalone soft starter — it is the thyristor / SCR stack assembly designed for use inside Siemens 3RW4453, 3RW4454, and 3RW4455 soft starter frames. Rated 693 A at 690 V, with an integrated NTC thermistor for module temperature monitoring — this NTC signal feeds back to the soft starter control board for over-temperature protection and current foldback logic. Fits the power section of the 3RW44 series soft starters — a field-replaceable assembly that carries the main motor current during start and bypass. The NTC output is a critical input to the starter's thermal model.
