Fieldbus and Control Integration
This unit supports PROFIBUS, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, and PROFINET standard out of the box, which means it drops into most common industrial networks without a separate gateway. The analog output is configurable as 4-20 mA (default) or 0-10 V, giving the PLC a direct speed or current feedback signal. Remote reset is handled by cycling the 24 V DC control supply off and on — useful for clearing a fault from the HMI without a site visit. The error logbook is available only with special accessories, so factor that in if you need detailed fault history for predictive maintenance.
Mounting is by screw fixing to a vertical surface; the unit can be rotated ±90° or tilted ±22.5° front-to-back, which gives flexibility in a crowded panel. Clearance requirements are specific: 100 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 0 mm backwards, 75 mm downwards, and 5 mm at the sides. Shock resistance is 15 g / 11 ms, with potential contact lifting above 12 g / 11 ms, so it is not intended for high-vibration environments like a crusher or shaker without additional isolation.
