Trip class and starting profile
The 3RW5126-1XC14: Trip class is selectable: CLASS 10A (default), 10E, or 20E per IEC 60947-4-2 (cite:). Starting voltage is adjustable 30–100 % (cite:); stopping voltage fixed at 50 % (cite:). The voltage ramp and soft torque functions (cite:,) let the commissioning engineer tune the acceleration profile to the load without mechanical shock.
Panel fit and environmental limits
Mounting is screw fixing (cite:) with a vertical surface orientation; the unit is rotatable ±90° and tiltable ±22.5° front/back (cite:). Clearance requirements: 100 mm upwards, 75 mm downwards, 10 mm forwards, 5 mm at the side, 0 mm backwards (cite:,). Pollution degree 3 per IEC 60947-4-2 (cite:) means the unit tolerates conductive dust and occasional condensation — typical for industrial enclosures without climate control.
Control and diagnostics
The unit includes a standard HMI and a High Feature HMI (cite:,). Analog output is configurable as 4–20 mA (default) or 0–10 V when the High Feature HMI is used (cite:). An error logbook (cite:) and firmware update capability (cite:) are built in — no external programming tool required for routine parameter changes. Auto-reset and remote reset (by cycling the control supply voltage) are supported (cite:,). The minimum load is 15 % of the smallest settable Ie (cite:), which covers lightly loaded motors without nuisance tripping.
