Panel fit — the 417 x 210 x 203 mm envelope

The 3RW5145-1XC14 measures 417 mm high by 210 mm wide by 203 mm deep. Mounting is screw-fix to a vertical surface; the unit can be rotated ±90° or tilted ±22.5° front-to-back. Clearance needs: 100 mm above, 75 mm below, 10 mm forward, 5 mm at the sides, 0 mm backward.

Motor protection — trip class and starting control

Trip class defaults to CLASS 10A per IEC 60947-4-2, with selectable 10E and 20E for heavier starting duty. The minimum settable motor current is 135 A, and the minimum load is 15% of that value. Starting voltage is adjustable 30-100%; stopping voltage is fixed at 50%. Soft torque and voltage ramp profiles are both available.

Fieldbus and I/O — what connects where

Three fieldbus options are built in: PROFIBUS, Modbus RTU, and PROFINET standard. The analog output is configurable as 4-20 mA (default) or 0-10 V when using the High Feature HMI. Control circuit wiring lands on screw-type terminals. A standard HMI and a High Feature HMI are both supported.

Environmental limits and derating

Operates from -25 °C to +60 °C, but derating applies at 40 °C and above. Shock rated 15 g / 11 ms. Vibration: 15 mm amplitude to 6 Hz, then 2 g to 500 Hz. Pollution degree 3 per IEC 60947-4-2. Inside-delta circuit wiring is supported for reduced line current.
