Its Trip Class is configurable to CLASS 10A (default), 10E, or 20E per IEC 60947-4-2 — meaning it can ride through a 10-second or 20-second locked-rotor event without tripping, depending on the motor start profile you need. This is a current-production SIRIUS unit (lifecycle status: current) with screw-fix mounting, dimensions 203 mm deep × 185 mm wide × 306 mm high.

Multi-protocol fieldbus onboard

The 3RW5225-1AC05 supports PROFIBUS, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, and PROFINET standard — all native, no separate communication module required. PROFIenergy is available when used with the PROFINET standard communication module. Analog output is 4–20 mA by default, parameterizable to 0–10 V via the High Feature HMI. Remote reset is done by cycling the 24 V control supply.
