The Siemens 3RW5226-1AC05 is a SIRIUS soft starter rated for a minimum motor current of 32 A across a 200-600 V supply range. Built-in fieldbus options cover Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, and EtherNet/IP, so it drops into most PLC architectures without an extra gateway. The analog output defaults to 4-20 mA (or 0-10 V with the High Feature HMI) for feeding motor current to a SCADA trend. Mounting is screw-fixed on a vertical surface, rotatable ±90° and tiltable ±22.5° front-to-back, which helps when panel layout is tight. Free-air clearance: 100 mm above, 75 mm below, 10 mm forward, 5 mm at the sides — plan the gland plate and ventilation accordingly.
