That saves a splice point inside a panel or on a machine frame. Rated IP65, so the switch handles washdown and dusty environments — typical for conveyor guard doors, packaging lines, or material-handling stations where water or debris is a factor. The molded-plastic housing (block style per EN 50047) keeps it lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The roller lever actuator is a mechanical (not proximity) design with positive opening — meaning the NC contacts are forced open by a cam inside the switch, even if the contacts weld. Contacts and wiring
