The 3SF5813-2DD20 is a Siemens AS-Interface emergency stop station in a metal enclosure with a 22 mm mounting diameter, rated IP67 for washdown environments. It combines an emergency stop mushroom pushbutton (red actuator, yellow background) with an illuminated pushbutton and a dummy plug — three command points on one rectangular footprint. The integrated LED and lamp holder give visual status feedback without external indicators. Electrically, it's an A/B AS-i slave with 4 inputs and 3 outputs, rated for 30 VDC. The rotate-to-unlatch mechanism means the E-stop stays latched until you physically twist it — no tool needed, and positive opening confirms the NC contacts break reliably. The metal front ring and housing hold up on a machine frame or conveyor line where plastic would crack. Mounts vertically (fastening method per) through a 22 mm round hole, floor-mounted as an AS-i slave. The 85 mm width and 65 mm depth fit into a standard junction box or onto a machine pedestal. Operating temp range is -25 to +70 °C; storage from -40 to +80 °C — fine for most factory floors but watch the upper end near ovens or foundries.
