The Siemens 3SF5900-2CF is a connection element for AS-i networks, designed to bring out free inputs and outputs via an M12 socket. It mounts directly to an AS-i enclosure and handles 4 to 6 control points through an M25 cable gland. Rated IP67, the housing and the M12 connector survive washdown environments — suitable for food-and-bev or packaging lines where the enclosure sees hose spray. Operating temperature spans -25 to +70 °C, so it lives in unheated plant areas or near ovens without derating.
Integration & Mounting
