Coil is 120V AC, surface-mount package with one pin/terminal. No status indicator or push-to-test button, so plan for external indication if needed.
Surface-mount style suits panel or enclosure baseplates where DIN-rail isn't used. Motor-rated (yes) means it's suitable for switching small motor loads directly — confirm inrush vs. rating for your specific motor.
