Current measurement and overload in a compact frame
The Siemens 3UF7102-1AA00-0 is a SIRIUS current measuring module that combines current detection, overload protection, and a wide voltage range (110-690 V AC at 50/60 Hz) in a single 55×94×72 mm housing. It draws 0.2 W from the monitored circuit and carries a trip class CLASS 5E, matching the thermal curve of standard induction motors. The module mounts via screw or snap-on in any orientation, with top and bottom clearance of 30 mm each and zero left/right space needed — nests tightly with other SIRIUS gear on the same panel.
Mounting and wiring
Fastens with a screw or snap-on onto DIN rail or panel plate — any position allowed. The inlet opening diameter is 14 mm, accepting standard motor cable terminations. Left and right clearance is 0 mm, so side-by-side modules don't require extra spacing. For vibration-prone installations, use the screw mount option.
