Front-panel operator interface for manual control
The Siemens 3UF7200-1AA01-0 is a SIRIUS operator panel designed for front-plate or control-cabinet-door mounting, providing 10 LEDs for status indication and 5 freely assignable keys for manual intervention. The housing is rated IP54 on the front face, making it suitable for environments where splash or dust ingress is a concern. Vibration resistance is 2 g from 6 to 500 Hz, with lower-frequency displacement of 15 mm from 1 to 6 Hz – adequate for panels mounted on machinery or near rotating equipment.
Fit & mounting
Dimensions: 96 mm wide × 36 mm high × 44 mm deep (behind panel). Mounting is front-flush with clips or screws for a standard panel cutout. The unit plugs onto a basic unit or extension modules – it does not carry its own power supply; total active power consumption is 0.1 W drawn from the base module. Maximum operating altitude depends on ambient temperature: full performance to 2 000 m; derate to 50 °C at 3 000 m; derate to 40 °C at 4 000 m. If your panel is above 2 000 m, factor the thermal limits into the enclosure sizing.
